At Mind Your Own Business: For Kids, we are committed to protecting children's privacy online in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Our services are intended for and marketed exclusively to parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Key Points of Our COPPA Compliance:

  • Our website, sales pages, and purchase processes are directed to adults (parents or legal guardians), not children.

  • All course materials are purchased by adults, who may then choose to share access with their children.

  • We may ask parents to provide their child's first name only for course customization purposes

  • We do not request or collect any other personal information directly from children under 13.

  • Parents retain full control over their child’s access to the course materials.

  • We do not create user accounts or request contact details for children.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, subscribe to the newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, where appropriate, email addresses. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously.
